hahahhahahahhaha! This is fantastic! And I didn’t know that’s how you make sauerkraut. Do you have a specific recipe? I had it homemade for the first time a few days ago, from my husband’s mother who doesn’t actually know how she makes anything – according to her, she just does it. I’d be curious to know
