Busy couple of weeks. No time to blog!
Weekend before last we went huckleberry picking:
And mushroom hunting:

It’s killing me that we haven’t had time to do more berry picking, the berries are the best I’ve seen in years:

and when the huckleberries are this good, the blueberries are INSANE:

Love it.

What did you make with the mushrooms? We get morels in the spring– Sean made a cream sauce that was to die for. I love living off the land!
